    Show me a squad photo from the late 70s or 80s and I can probably name everyone on it. But I’ve just had a look at this season’s photo and I can only name a handful. I guess it was a lot easier for fans to build a relationship with the team back then, when 16 or 17 players would do you for the season, and only a couple changed from season to season. There are players that played all last season that I wouldn’t recognise if they came and sat next to me.
