Plymouth have been struggling though after a good start to the season. So I bet a lot of them tonight thought 'we can/should beat this lot!'.
I think we would have but still would be down there. Would have won by now. But when you have our CEO, I would have had no confidence being in that league. To be honest, any of those four play off teams would have struggled big time at the bottom of that league. Wednesday just being all dramatic about it.
A total waste of a promotion. Don't know if or how much we'd have fared any better but at least, at the moment, we can enjoy our moment of schadenfreude.
1.42 points per game needed now to reach 50. Equates to 66 points over a season. In other words, they are already at the stage where, starting right now, they need to start putting in top 10 form, for the rest of the season, just to stay up.
Would we though, really ?. Its been on my mind as well, as to how we would be doing in the Championship now. IF we had won at Wembley like we should have done. Who would have stayed and left and who would we have signed etc.
Micky Long haul might have been going no matter what happened, and Mads as well probably. I hope we'd have gone shopping for more expensive players though, because these ones we signed wouldn't have been good enough in that League. Not a criticism, because there's a good chance that they might help us up this season. But we all know the Championship is quite literally, a league above (harder!).
Cheated to go up when they weren't good enough, so no surprise they're struggling in the league above.
They'll never do anything as a club, mainly down to their fans, they fail to bear their share of responsibility. The day they drop the arrogance and we areca big club drivel/attendence fc is the day they'll have a chance of returning to the top flight. In one breath it's we will be premier league very soon now it's get chansiri out. The one that makes me laugh the most though is get chansiri out, chansiri states no longer funding club, next breath ....get some ****in money spent. What do they actually want? To abuse an owner and his family but still expect him to bankroll them to the PL
Still plenty of time to catch up on the 33pts they are behind Leicester and go up in their rightful massive place as Champions.
