They limited our chances and marked well centrally. We lacked the quality to break them down

 

That was a decent Autumn game of footy. Blood n thunder.

 

It's like banging away and slipping into wrong 'un.

 

Carry on from last season really. Touching distance, then bottle it. Really need a leader

We've already had a Stephen Dawson as captain. One was enough!

 

Tnank goodness for the equaliser, but we really need to seriously improve at home.

 

I hear this a lot saying we’ve got loads of improvements in us but other than Connell hopefully coming back the player he was last season i think we’re about as good as it’s going to get this season.

I rarely get to Oakwell, I'm based in Essex. I actually can't believe how negative some of the comments are on here. We were far superior. We had 27 shots! Herbie Kane was on another level today. If we played that game 100 times we'd win 99 of them. Jack Marriot should have been sent off for 2 dives. I thought Fleetwood were dreadful. As for the applauding and cheering Cotter when he was subbed, dont blame the lad for lacking confidence when he next plays. We will do well this season but it needs good support to make that happen.

 

Meh, sounds like a mixed bag performance wise, some people enjoyed it some people didn’t. The sooner Connell is back to inject some bite into the team the better. If we are aiming for autos then beating Fleetwood at home is a priority. Hope we don’t end up regretting these early home results

 

Collins needs time. Definitely potential to be a better than average manager (as in not a Parkin/Schflopp). It was square one in August, but the results since and current league position have filled me with quiet confidence for automatics

 

Relief at our equaliser, although I believe we deserved it. A very frustrating game, but we've all seen that sort of match over the years.

 

I enjoyed the match today, thought we played well especially second half, one or two players a little bit off it but if we had our shooting boots on we could have won easily. Fleetwood imo don't look anywhere near a bottom three side

I feel like we lack a bit of movement sometimes, and that forces us backwards. Wondering if a bit of a lack of confidence is setting in when we play at home

 

Short sideways and backwards passes mostly.

 

Collins does need time and I'm not saying sack him at all. Am I impressed so far? No performance wise we look miles off a side battling for promotion.
