    I didn’t have a great view from ponty but looked a bit weak to me.

    their number 11 should most definitely have been sent off mind you, his ‘tackle’ was totally reckless and out of control

    Haven't seen it back, but I didn't think so at the time.

    That's 2 penalties we've been given (in my opinion ofcourse, especially since I havent seen todays back) which probably shouldnt have been given?

    Last weeks was a definite Pen under current rules Need to see todays again but first thought was it was very soft

    So it didn't hit the players leg/thigh first then his arm/hand? Only saw it from one angle last week bud so not sure. Definitely felt harsh

    The one on Tuesday was a pen I think.

    Today’s I’m not so sure. It reminded me of the one Pompey got against us where the player gets to the ball first, the ball is going out of play but the goalie clatters in.

    We’ve been “due” enough over the last few years so if we get a few soft ones, there will be no complaints from me.

    Yep, Cole does well to get between keeper and ball, keeper makes contact with Cole, Penalty.

    I thought it came off his leg first bud. In that case fair enough. Still harsh imo but as you say, current rules. And we've certainly been shafted by poor refs recently so.

    Anyone know the last time we got a penalty in back to back games?

    It looked more of a pen to me than the one the other night. Just have to make sure in the future the designated penalty taker takes the penalty and doesn't get the ball taken away from them.

    Didn't think it should have been a penalty, didn't think it should have been a free kick for their second and Russell was incredibly unlucky for the ball to come off him and fall directly into their lad's path for their first. Should have been 1-0 to us.
