He blew bang on ten minutes. Probably because in the previous minute we had shown very little urgency to get the ball forward.

The keeper should have been booked for walking past a ball to fetch the one that had gone out or play further away and then taketh goal kick from the side it didn't go out at to waste more time.

I gave him a 7, I've seen a lot worse at Oakwell over the years!

Haven't seen the game as we've been in Italy but i've awarded him a 5, which is a 10 for having a Toast of London style name but 5 marks off for not having the decency to be bald in a Chinese Alan/Frank Beard type way.

In the aftermath of the game I’d have scored lower but on balance a 4 seems fair.

So you had remote access to their supposed conversations? I had no idea that you were so important! Silly me…

You’ll have to explain that to me. Is this an insult directed at me, or your attempt at humour?

    Just a reminder here.
One of us said that we don't know what consultations took place because the referee uses microphones to communicate.
The other said that the referee never consulted with his linesman.

So which of us is claiming to have remote access to conversations to know what was and wasn't said?

Well he certainly wasn't Head and Shoulders above the other refs we've had this season. Having had time to mullet over and given that he wasn't helped much by his crew I'll go with a bob.

You really are the most patronising person on here, aren’t you! I’ve watched you bullying and belittling people here for a long time. People who don’t come up to your superior level of intellect. Well, according to you I mean.

Enough anyway - I can’t be bothered to go any further with this. I bow to your Super View of any game that we play. No one else can have an opinion that matters can they? No further debate needed.

Bless. It's ok, admitting you were wrong is hard. We all struggle with it

A barely competent 4 from me. I'd have been pi55ed off if he gave that penalty against us. The free kick they scored from was not a foul. He got a string of decisions wrong, missed stuff that looked obvious. In fact as I've not yet voted, now I've gone through it while typing I'm downgrading to a 3.

    4/10.

Our pen I’d have been furious to concede; did nothing about the GBH on McCart; allowed them to continuously kick us off the park all afternoon, and then despite pointing at his watch several times at the Fleetwood players during the ten minutes added time, not actually allowing a single additional second over the ten minutes (the stadium clock actually had him blowing maybe ten seconds early though in fairness the clock took about that long to start I think); there should have been at least one more minute, probably two, to account for their antics.

But he did try to control them and issued some warranted yellow cards. I think he probably got Williams’ one wrong as looking back I’m not convinced it was a foul but it looked it live from my angle, and no complaints over Kane’s booking as he got himself in trouble by overplaying as per.

    Overall, seen worse, seen better.

Gone for a 6. Positives; he did try to keep the game flowing and didn’t make it all about himself. Marked down because he got decisions wrong, no foul for their goal being the standout to me, also didn’t play the full time.

Another ref scared to give second yellows, and a linesman not doing his job too. Sat in family stand had clear view of each of these - blatant pull of shirt by their fair haired midfielder in full view of ref, definite second yellow. Same for that ridiculous dive by their little forward in the box.
Linesman stared straight at Stockley smashing McCart in the face.
