And here we are just saying the same things about Hecky, again and again.
There's no doubt in my mind that we were heading down that season under him, and very badly as well. However, his departure and a new boss arriving at that time, gave us a big chance of staying up.
That was a more than decent squad we had, but admittedly they should also take a lot of blame for what happened. Sadly the new boss Jose was ridiculous and clearly didn't know the back end of one, or the front end of another!.

I know. Just saying how stats can be manipulated.
And regarding Jumped ship.? I'd say Smart manoeuvre. By the pair of em.
We had loads of time under Morals. What did you think of him. I remember his bat **** decisions, rotating players cos according to him they were tired. Bless em. What did you think of him.?

I didn't think much to morais and his chopping and changing. Heckys last game was a 1 nil defeat to qpr where he had mcburnie, kieffer moore and Bradshaw to pick from we were very poor that day and qpr had 10 men for 20 minutes after that game and how the season had gone I was some what glad when leeds came in. Hecky left in February but we still had time to stay up.. sadly morais wasn't the man capable of that, infact he was well out of his depth.

Wasn`t Wilder the manager in that 20/21 season one win in first 18 games with only 2 draws before the win. Shows what short memories these Blades fans have.
