    When I first heard the sad news of their parlous financial state, I did think for a fleeting second, they have long suffering fans and the club means a lot to them and any of us could end up in the hands of an imbecile who would run a club down, although I can't recall one doing it just to spite the fans. But then I thought.....**** 'em. They deserve each other!

    You've got to love their delusion even when facing being wound up. They obviously don't realise that if you go bust, you don't get to pick which League you restart in and it'll be a lot lower than National League. :D

    Although I should add that given the despair I felt at the actions of Paul Conway, I do feel sorry for the humbler, more reasonable and non "we're massive" people amongst their fan base. The governance of football in the UK is abysmal.

    I want us to beat them on the pitch, not see them go bust. What's the point in that? Chansiri is a red flag for what's wrong about football; millionaire owners thinking they can just buy their way to glory. Well it might have worked for Jack Walker at Blackburn when there was hardly anybody else doing it, but now you need Saudi billions to get up there.
