Perhaps the issue wasn’t wholly of Fanatics’ making. I still think Puma were as large a part of the problem as Fanatics, although the communication was not great.

Yeah, it's probably an element of both. But I've seen the pictures online of Cincinnati FC shirts with Premier League badges on. That's definitely down to Fanatics incompetence.

    Aren’t Fanstics just a middle man/distributor?
Effectively like buying from Sports direct etc?

Ah, maybe. I assumed they'd deal with the personalisation element, as otherwise how would Premier League patches end up on a Cincinnati shirt, unless it was done in the Adidas factory.

Yeah, tbf Fanatics can only deliver what they have.

Comms were poor at first, but better now from them.

Puma probably not that bothered either, with it being our last season with them.

Honestly don’t know either TBH, I assumed they were just a middle man but could be completely wrong.

Yes, fanatics deal with all the personalisation.

    Can't fault them today.

They cancelled my order for the 3rd strip earlier this week and sent me a 30% off coupon to say sorry.

I found it strange that when I looked back online, it was available to order again.

So, I tried my luck and placed a new order using the code.

It's now been dispatched but cost me about £15 less
