    We always wait until a situation is too far gone to act. It may seem rash to get shut of Collins, but can anyone honestly say that we're playing good football? Can anyone honestly say that we're getting better? Or showing the signs of an attractive style of play?

    We're beating the lower teams in the division yet getting found out by the teams we really need to beat to go up. I'm sorry, but Collins just isn't the man to take us forward imo.

    He has no passion about him, his tactics are frankly woeful and it's showing. Act now, bite the bullet and get someone in who has a pronounced style of play that we can get behind...something to build towards. We have zero plan B, and plan A isn't very good either.

    This isn't just a reaction to tonight, as bad as tonight has been, we've been poor for a while, despite the league position.

    I get what you’re saying, but I’d argue he simply hasn’t got the right sort of players available to him to play high pressing exciting football, mostly due to those above him, sanctioning deals for players who can’t play that system (Watters, Russell, Cosgrove), and Connell being unavailable, he was the engine of our side last season. Oh & we sold Norwood didn’t we. Plus pretty much our whole defence got dismantled, and replaced with lower league gambles.

    We were spoilt with Stendel, Val and MLH. The Football that Collins is serving up is anti Football. Even when we win it's not exciting and feels a chore to watch.

    5th in the table, highest goal scorers in the league, joint 3rd best defence, top of the league on away form. 10 million in the bank, hopefully some available to spend in Jan. Best midfielder in the league to come back. 2 defenders to come back.

    All that, and after the instability of earlier on in the season, no pre-season, late arrivals and departures etc. I reckon he deserves a genuine chance

    Home form is a huge problem. He needs to sort it. But we've only played 8 times in the league, won 3 of them, drew 1. He deserves time to change it in my opinion
