Seems to be impressing at Gateshead. Due to return to Barnsley in January. I was impressed with him when I saw him play for us in the Papa Johns match against Grimsby. He’s also the youngest of our RWB options so there’s room for development. Given how poor both O’Keefe & Cotter have been I wonder if it’s worth adding him to the squad as back up and loaning Cotter out.
Think it will be a way off, but who knows. I'd play Cotter as a kind of Number 10 / attacking midfielder he's either an out & out winger / attacker. Think O'Keefe will make good, but we'll see.
Great to see him doing well, but I suspect both Cotter and O'Keefe would absolutely rip up the National League. No guarantee he'd be better than either of them. Plus Cotter is still one of the few players we have capable of creating something from nothing.
Watched him for 23s against Ipswich ,he was very rapid ,and was way ahead of some of the other players on show.
Nearly scored a worldie picked it up just inside his own half went a mazey run beating 4 or 5 got in the box and clipped the bar. It's on X if anyone knows how to do the link great effort defo worth a look.
