That’s some ****-up! I mean yeah, human errors do happen, but you’d think the processes of double/triple checking were already in place. Does this mean Horsham go through then?
Because he's not there or should I say not active. Last seen on the pitch at Derby for the minutes silence
Khaled needs to be gone ASAP pay him up, coasting along until EOS Julie, Nareev whoever somebody needs to step up and start steering the ship
I think all those who have not questioned the professionalism and direction the club is going in need to have a serious word with themselves. it’s time for a serious revaluation from the club.
So not only have we f'cked it up for the players, fans, and possibly Horsham, we are leaving the details to be released via social media as and when the BBC / media get the full story. Sorry, this is not one you can sweep under the carpet. If the club has done its "full investigation", then they know what the charge was for and should own up to it!
Sorry, this is nothing to do with a CEO or Chairman. If you think they check team sheets and player eligibility…… Usually the job falls under the Club Secretary and 1st team management.
A perfect end to an absolute shambles of a first round draw. Good luck to Horsham. An element of karma has kicked in it seems. This is what happens when your CEO is too busy organising his next role to be bothered to do the job. Regardless of who is actually at fault for the registration issue, the organisational failures that allowed this are his responsibility.
Human error yes, but how many hundreds of clubs manage not to make this "human error" season after season? Just so happens to be some ******** at our club that's managed it. Idiots. Absolute ******* idiots.
Surely they deal with player registration and the admin process of this though? Said player has been at the club since August
“regarding the eligibility of a player “who played in the cup replay. Who? Is it Shepherd? Did he play in a qualifying round? Can’t think of anyone else
Is our fax machine still ph00ked? Still, you have to smile at the high standards comment. "This mistake - although unintentional - falls way below the high standards we set at this club and is simply not what you deserve."
The other thread has it as Marsh. He was on loan at York and didn't return in time to play in the first round.
Statement doesn’t read as the issue was with paperwork for the team more we haven’t completed some paperwork for a players registeration meaning they shouldn’t have played for us. Don’t know who takes blame but not first time for us (fax machine) and ultimately processes start and stop with the CEO.
