    I made an error tonight when buying my tickets at the ground and put a typo in my email address meaning I didn't receive my tickets. I was directed to a very nice man called Chris who was the fan liason officer. He sorted it out for myself and the kids straight away and took us in the ground. Not sure if he was a representative of Barnsley or Bradford but it was a really helpful thing to have and if tgey dont all xlubs should have one. .
