100% it was a foul. You can’t touch the keeper when he’s got the ball under control. I’d be livid if it was given the other way
No chance - never a foul. Dropped the ball after he threw himself to the floor. Serves him right sh|thouse.
We’ve spawned that, let’s not get away from how bad of a side we currently are. No game on Saturday, the board need to act now….
Very poor first half but we showed fight and spirit in the second. Entertaining half and a deserved three points. Huge questions about Collins and the direction we’re heading remain, but the togetherness is still there.
My word that was poor, but still a deserved win. We should’ve been playing against 10 men for much of the game, then we were denied a blatant penalty. The incident for the goal was all down to the keeper, he initiated the contact with Cosgrove and his exaggerated fall caused him to lose grip of the ball.
It was thought wasn’t it? One of the most bizarre decisions I’ve seen, happy cos usually this stuff happens against us and it couldn’t happen to a nicer bunch of lads than this Wycombe team
In 99.9999% of games across the country tonight that's given as a foul, ref bottled a red card and a pen then righted 2 wrongs, I guarantee ever fan of every other club watches that and says foul.
The ref was terrible. So was Collins, we didn't even start playing till a home side, until the useless Styles, who just touched the ball off every time went off. Collins can go for me. Spineless football. Bizarre ref. The EFL is a total joke these days.
Can't have it both ways mate. If that happened at the other end you'd have been saying it'sa disgrace he gave that. Let's be honest, the ref was absolutely ***** throughout but we managed to get lucky with a very favourable decision right at the end. Will take it, but my goodness we need to start seeing an improvement on the pitch!
Collins kept the same team today as from Lincoln I'd be shocked if some of those players aren't benched for next game. Some poor performances and shocking football on show today.
