    As that picture suggests, she’d been on end of life care for nearly 18 months.

    No age and no parent should have to plan their kid’s funeral.

    Heartbreaking.

    I once read or heard someone say after being asked what is the one thing he wanted most in life.
    His answer was. "To die before my kids".
    Genuinely can't think of anything to top that and use it myself when talking on that issue.
