    I've said before, I think he bears a grudge based on the fact he was sent out on loan when he was recruited as heir apparent to Mowatt. No way is he signing a new contract.

    That was a painful watch. Not for the first time with him either, not sure why he'd be put forward for media duties.

    Lucky for him he's good at football. Absolutely no idea what he could be employed as otherwise.

    We've got plenty of players who come across absolutely brilliantly in interviews - Connell, Cadden, O'Keeffe, Cotter, Cosgrove, Lopata, De Gevigney. Even Jon Russell is a better bet. Absolutely not on this planet, but at least he's entertaining. I think I'd rather listen to a mosquito buzzing round my ear than to Herbie Kane.

    Unfortunately I think theirs a few In the same boat Styles, Williams and Cole i know he had a great start to the season. They all thought they all would be sold in the summer and certainly don't think they are committed to the cause.

    What a w@#£%&* can't be arsed and as as much enthusiasm as my young un at 9 30 am.
    Get rid in January ,and cut your losses ,when he walks free the eos.

    However, if he’s like this naturally, then he shouldn’t be put forward for media duties. Does nobody including him any favours.

    Whilst I have no grudge against him - he ain’t Championship quality imo.

    Good L1 player under the right manager though.

    Just keep him away from Media duties.

    That’s an absolutely disgraceful attempt at PR by the club. I suppose they just put a list up on the notice board and when it’s your turn out you go. Doesn’t matter if you have nothing to say. Just get in front of the mic.

    I thought Collins was a hard watch/listen but this just takes it to a new level. Symptomatic of everything that is wrong at the moment. A “couldn’t care less” interview which will presumably be broadcast on Radio Sheffield. Absolute disgrace!
