    I agree but doesn't vetting people before hand make it counter productive. I could set up a council of people to wax my ego and make me feel better about myself but would it achieve owt?

    I've seen JAQ called a 'loud mouthed b1t-ch', a 'sl@g' and much more. Id not go read either.
