    Barnsley should alter recruitment policy so that they only sign players with easily pronounceable names. Keep it simple. Fred Jones, Bill Smith. Or names that can be adapted into a phrase or song e.g 'feed the goat and he will score'....No song or catchphrase with this lad. Waste of brass.

    My concern for both kids is they could have their heads turned by their agents. They would get a bigger cut with the kids moving on than if they sign new contracts for Barnsley.
