Anyone got any idea where to get one, what options there are etc?

It's for my 9 year old nephew who loves BFC and wants to read all about the history. I've obviously looked on Google/Amazon but there's not much about apart from one that seems to be going for £40, which seems a bit steep.

    Hoping someone can inspire.

    Thanks.

Few copies of the book from start to 1998 knocking around on the Internet for cheap - be used though. The newspaper cutting one is decent but that's 49 - mate got me one for my 40th

I was going to suggest Barnsley Chronicle publications, as that's where my books came from, but there doesn't seem to be much on the website. There's one about us winning the FA Cup, but nothing else. A bit disappointing really.

There are a few on here by Grenville Firth.
I have used this site before with no problems.

I like Dave Watson's 'Oakwell Centurions'. Not the club's history itself, but pieces on all the players who had hit 100 appearances. Out of print, I think, but plenty of s/h copies around.
