    its a fair point though, I mean for instance do we really need somebody who does nowt but scores loads of goals? :confused:​

    Gordon Banks was also massively overrated, all he ever did was to stop the other team scoring.

    Still being overshadowed by Xabi Alonso, who is doing a fantastic job at Leverkusen. It will be putting him on the shortlist for the Liverpool job when Klopp decides he's had enough.

    Doubt that will happen anytime soon. He's been touted for Real Madrid for well over a year now. Suppose we'll find out if Ancelotti is offered a new contract as it runs out end of this season, apparently he's been offered Brazil job. But according to madrid fans, their higher ups have been lining up Alonso for the job for a good while now

    Yep - he's an incredible play-maker considering it's his 'secondary' attribute/job (if that makes sense), his passing is so underrated at times. I wish he moved earlier from Spurs to a club capable of winning things, big things. I genuinely like the bloke

    Also has 5 league assists. So it’s 25 direct goal involvements in 14 league games.

    Add in his 4 goals in the champions league and it’s not a bad first half season for him.

    The move to Germany seems to have improved Kane. But strangely I think Spurs are a better side without him. Wierd
