    We're all quick to criticise BFC when things don't go right, so credit where it's due, the Senior Christmas Lunch this afternoon was a great success, a full Legends Suite enjoying a two-course lunch for £5 a head, well hosted by Barry Murphy. Well done all at BFC Hospitality, a great gesture from the club for the older supporters.

    Surely summat's wrong here - Auld Barnsley fans in postive statement shocker! ;)

    I'd have thought it would be full of "them peas were too tippy tappy", "that gravy's weaker than our defence" or "that Yorkshire puddin' got no ambition":rolleyes:

    Seriously, good to hear the club put on a good spread for you guys and that you all had a good time :)

    Bloody hell how bad must the gravy have been to be weaker than our defence. I reckon pure water would have more to it than the back 3.

    From the advert on the website. At the time. With it being aimed at senior citizens.

    'Whilst we have set up this luncheon with our older Reds in mind, the event is open to all supporters.'

    But everyone of us there. Either had false teeth or didnt have teeth at all and sucked on the food. :);)

    We were there & had a lovely Xmas lunch. I was even sat with our oldest ever mascot, the wonderful Joan! Spud was excellent as always
