    I have no problem with Shepherd but we may as well get rid of Cundy and McCarthy if they are nowhere near the team constantly for 6 months.

    The only reason he’s in is because he has a left-foot. Collins said something similar when Dodgson played LCB on Boxing Day.

    If you were a player/agent would you sign for a team now or wait and explore your options until the end of the window to get the best deal possible?

    Unless I was talking to a club way above my level and if it fell through I'd have no other options or going out on loan, I doubt I'd sign anywhere until deadline day or at least close to it.

    An injury can happen at any time. I doubt i'd schedule my career around that risk
