    Carlisle brought over 800 to us when they are near bottom and further to travel

    300 mile round trip on a Tuesday night , but yeah thought there would have been more. Fair play yo those that are going

    Not really if you put it into context. January is a very long month and one when people are particularly stretched financially after Christmas, and with hefty fuel bills. With two long away trips in 4 days, the majority of people chose to go to Stevenage with it being a Saturday and a new ground.

    I would,imagine a lot Carlisle fans bought tickets for when it was originally scheduled for a Saturday afternoon kick off.....still a great turn out by them though

    I agree it's really low for us, especially given our position in the table.

    That said, I'm not going (went last season, also on a Tuesday night in January) and I don't blame anyone for saving their money after the pisstake on Saturday. Another 3 hour trip down south and with it likely to be horrendous weather, absolutely hats off to anyone going tomorrow.

    With Carlisle as well, you have to remember it Oakwell will have been a new ground for virtually all of them and they've just been promoted. They do travel well though generally considering the distances they go.

    No mate Carlisle have a great away following

    They took nearly 600 to reading away on a Tuesday night couple of months ago

    I agree people are struggling money wise but I think we can all agree not to even hit 300 is pretty poor

    Yes, but Carlisle are on the back of a recent promotion, after years of being in the doldrums, so the ‘newness’ is still with them

    Yeah but come on less than 300 fans away from home when we are getting 11,000 + every week at oakwell

    I get all the reasons but still think it’s very poor considering our league position and especially our away form

    Well I won’t call it poor and we don’t know the final numbers as it’s pay on gate and folk are likely holding back because of what happened Saturday. Anyway choose how many travel it will have come at great expense and time to them, that’s not poor at all.
