    Thought you were referring to when the punishment dished out to us by the EFL will be announced and last day as in last day of the season.

    It happens with a lot of clubs, and for a reason. It's not that we're no good at doing deals early. Every transfer is dependant on another transfer happening, so takes a while for things to fall into place. Seems to be first half of the month is spent on recalling loans and moving players onto other clubs.

    10 pm is a good time to sign players,it doesn't give other clubs time to buy them off you.

    The majority of players that we're looking at will be trying to get moves to teams in the bottom half of the championship I would imagine.

    They'd be silly to sign when there's still a week left in the window and they haven't explored all their potential options.
