They're going to play semantics with you now. They're going to talk about installments. Yet what they fail to accept is that we PAY in installments too. So if we have 10M coming in installments over the next 3 years for example, why can't we spend a million or two on some proven L1 quality and pay that over 3 years...

No club makes profit. None. The fact that it's in the rules of the game that clubs are allowed to lose millions a year tells you that profit outside the Premier League is nigh on impossible.

I'm bored. Bored to tears of hearing excuse after excuse as to why we don't spend any money. "We don't get it all in one go", "it's put back into paying for the operational costs".

So, why are Oxford...yeah...OXFORD making good signings, and Bolton, even Charlton making good signings? I'll tell you, they want to give themselves the best possible chance of going up. What happens if they don't? The owners foot the inevitable bill.

Ours don't want to do that. So they spin us a yarn, and most of you guys lap it up.

Nobody on this board has advocated going daft and breaking transfer records, what we want is the board to prove to us that they're serious about getting BFC up. They talk a good game, but when it comes to it, we sign an unknown WINGER (a position we don't actually utilise) from the league below...on loan.

We've brought in 2 key players that were priority, probably 1 back up midfielder for bench light but who knows add Benson to that bench and its a really good squad, is it just me that's lost amongst all this nonsense but I'm not sure who's available, who wants to come that's going to massively improve us?

Call it backing down, I don't care. I'm bored. I could write an essay on all the players that have been signed by the teams around us. Will they all work out? I've no idea. But at least they tried. What have we done? Scratting about at 11pm to sign some unknown from MK Dons. We're a joke.
