Pretty loose definition of the word ‘known’ - and possibly ‘widely’. I’d argue it is more sparsely dispersed rumour. Doesn’t make it untrue of course - but it’s unfair to just accept such things as the truth when let’s face it we’ve absolutely no idea.

Don't wish cancer on anyone, but we have two tier health system - if you want to be seen quickly you pay. If you can't afford to pay, you wait.
