Players like Steven Foster taught me to never listen to opposing fans when we sign someone. Also to give players time to develop and feel comfortable in their surroundings. he came from Burnley with their fans telling us mocking us signing him. Some claimed him to be one of worst players to pull on their shirt. He (like Bobby hassell) took a little while to bed in and then went on to be one of the most solid and dependable players we have ever had.
