    Even if Bolton win tonight ( currently losing), have I worked it out right...
    We win Bolton and our game in hand we would go above them?
    2 games in hand on Derby and 3 points behind..

    It was already within our own hands since Bolton, Derby, and Portsmouth all have to play each other. Today gives us a margin for error.

    There's no way they're going to deduct us points. In my humble opinion anyway. At the very, absolute most it will be a couple of points suspended but more likely a fine.

    If we and Bolton win the games in hand the table looks like this dependent on the GD in our 2 games to Bolton's 1.
    Portsmouth 73 pts
    Barnsley 69
    Bolton 69...
    Derby 66

    Peterborough could be on 65 chasing Derby.

    Long way to go and there’ll be plenty of twists and turns. Just seen Pompey’s run in though. If they win the league from here they’ll deserve it.

    The question is this: has anything we’ve done previously given us a sporting advantage this season. If yes points deduction. I’d argue the opposite so we should get off with a token fine.
