Well that was a bracing second half but who impressed

Roberts from me. The only reason we got a point. Honourable mentions to Earl, Mael and Williams.

 

Roberts. MDG second. All the rest were good in patches but really lacking in the mental side of the game as the second half went on. Examples being McAtee's foul that led to their first goal. Pointless challenge when he was in a yellow and there was no-one switched on to the quick free kick. Lack of following in on the penalty. Kane's weird attempt to score from the kick off that just invited Bolton back onto us.

The first half the team were great but they definitely suffered in the second as physical and mental fatigue set in.

 

Roberts for me. Absolutely no idea how Pines won it on the night.

 

Another for Roberts, kept them out on numerous occasions, the main reason we got a point.

 

Roberts. Pines and de Gevigney were decent aswell but not even close.

 

Roberts’ kicking was at times atrocious but he was still motm by a street.

As a shot stopper he’s up there amongst the best we’ve had.

 

Definitely Roberts. Watching the highlights cemented this decision. Thought Herbie had a really good first half, he was here there and everywhere. Earl was great but unfortunately gave the pen away and Pines won all the headers and scored what proved to be a crucial goal!
