Just coming to end of my deal with Vodafone for fibre to premises broadband on the city fibre infrastructure. Anybody had any dealings with Gigabit or Octoplus as suppliers? If so any good?
Try Zen (you’ve probably never heard of them, I hadn’t!) miles clear in reviews & they have been absolutely bang on.
Cheers. They were on the list. About a fiver more expensive each month but would rather pay for a good service tbh than some others with terrible reviews.
100% Zen. I’ve have them in normal broadband. Been going for years - used to do business at first, but now consumers. Customer support based over in Rochdale. A touch pricier, but you get good support and better speeds as not as many use them.
