    I do believe the lifts are working, the Heras fence around them have been removed and I saw someone pressing to button. The glass damaged the other week still not repaired, no idea why it would take so long?

    Because it is over the railway and will likely need a possession or line block of the Network Rail lines in order to carry out the work which has to be planned and agreed with NR in advance.
