Pretty sure the party funds election candidates? https://www.gofundme.com/f/fqxmr-help-us-to-help-you
Actually, Reform UK (and it's predecessor the Brexit party) is a limited company not strictly a political party. It has no members and no accountability. It's only income is from donations and fees paid by potential candidates. There is effectively no vetting. There is no manifesto and no committee. Anyone who considers voting for these shysters needs to give their head a wobble.
The political choice for the hard of thinking. So blatantly shysters cashing in on the rising noise from nationalist bigots, without actually having a proper agenda other than being tougher on them foreign types. £45 of £20k target. Six months ago. And four of six donations made anonymously - can’t think why.
Yeah remember this... At no time in history have the people censoring free speech been the good guys.. Robert Kennedy..
I was under the impression that Reform UK don't pay the deposit that candidates are required to post before they can stand in elections. It's down to their candidates to stump up the money. I'm not sure if the same applies to other parties.
Brexit Party had the candidates pay their own deposits, then withdrew support from half of them just before the election - but after they'd already paid...
Saw Ben Habib this morning saying that Reform was not a racist party - despite at least one of the MPs they deselected last week publicly wanting to remove immigrants... which would include Mr Habib.
