Sorry, but you no doubt swoon over a left foot you never had. What has he contributed this season. Zilch. Not Collins team, give him a chance. Young new manager. Can't imagine any of us were wonderful in our first few jobs.

 

I don’t care if it is an instruction from the manager. If my boss at work tells me to do something stupid that means I’ll never achieve my target at work I ignore the f*ck out of him and do what it takes to get the job done. I expect my coworkers to do the same.

 

I'm glad people are starting to see Connell isn't as good as the hero worship dictated. Not piling on but his right foots for standing on. If he had one we'd be in the Championship already.

 

Passing between the back three is not the issue. I'm sure that if they just hoofed it to the forward area you would moan. The defence get the ball to the inept midfield and there it ends.
You can coach for an eternity, but it then depends on individuals to carry out a plan.

The players are to blame though. You don't go from free scoring to not being able to score at home to lowly Cheltenham and Cambridge for nowt.

I know the squad balance is poor and we've relied on alot of moments this season but come on..

 

If, God forbid, we fail to make the play-offs then Collins has to go largely because he failed to deliver what was the Board's ambition, namely making the play-offs, admittedly revised downwards from their pre-season objectives. They can't fanny about recruiting a new Head Coach like they did when Duff went.

 

They all want f cuking. It won't happen though. Relax and poor yourself a beer mate. They really aren't worth it.

I think Cole should have been sold in January like you say his head seems elsewhere. Connell hasn't been great for a while weather that's down to him or Collins tactics I don't know.

If Connell isn't good enough then **** knows what Herbie Kane and the rest of the squad are.
