    First time in my life I had been in for long stay(2 weeks) it made me realise quite a few things of what are and are not important.

    Hope you're ok and on the mend.

    I've had a few life events recently that make you realise what is important in life - it's why I try and not let football get to me as much as it used to. Quite happy to be a happy clapper now and stay positive because the truly bad things in life aren't getting beat at football
