Does that work for the 'positive' fans aswell then? Or is it solely aimed at the so called 'negative'?

It’s aimed at people who either forget or only remember certain parts that can apply to both positive and negative

Having now read the open letter, I am rather impressed and heartened for the coming season. Only disappointment is lack of JAQ’s vital statistics.

They started it, it’s the end of their statement.

    I went for irony.

    Time for new stars…

Just making us hang on for the big announcement. Well if they don't look sharp, the planning permission will have elapsed for whatever it is

They haven't even bothered to change their name so the initials are better.

Maybe you could get involved and contribute? Or is it all just for someone else to sort out?

Just a guess, but i'm thinking West Mids Tyke might live in the West Mids, so it might be tricky to make meetings.

There are many ways a person can contribute to change, without physically being in a meeting room. Lead, follow or get out the way.

Seem like a bit of a crap comment, labelling people who have been arsed to get involved as happy clappers when you can't be arsed yourself. Some other people involved are also from the midlands but have managed to join Teams calls. The board hasn't been formed yet. Those interested in applying had until yesterday to send their application. The applications will be sent out, and a vote will be given at a future meeting. I'm not sure what you expect the FAB to do, though. I don't think the idea is that it will advise on footballing matters, but I could be wrong. The club will be fully aware of the feelings of some of the fan base. Club staff/directors/owners read this board and other social media outlets, and we have a media team that monitors it. We are having a pretty bad spell. It has to be said, but I'm not sure a knee-jerk reaction of sacking the head coach will fix the issues. We had a similar situation a few years ago with Lee Johnson, where we couldn't buy a win. I remember the overwhelming fan feeling (myself included) was to sack the head coach. Patrick thought we had to stick with him and was proved correct. It's a tough one though as we can't bring in an Adam Hammil to catapult us into the Championship. Maybe it would give us the new manager bounce we need, but also, can we afford to do so?
