Totally understand the OP. However its very difficult to get enthused and motivated when the football on the pitch is awful. There is a point where the team needs to lift the fans. We've been at that point for a long time now and nothing seems to change re: tactics, team shape, positivity. It really is dreadful stuff.
Erm…..why are they ‘charlatans’, as you state? please set out a cogent argument that supports this (I say wild and inaccurate) statement? I’m all ears!!!
A change of formation is needed to get our best players on the field so they can play themselves back into form for the playoffs. Four at the back which switches to a 3 in possession and let's Williams get up the field Roberts Williams De Givigney McCart Earl Connell Kane Phillips Mcatee Cosgrove Cole I think Cole is most effective when he receives the ball in space and can run at players, rather than getting crowded out in the middle of the pitch. Let Cosgrove occupy the defenders and get Cole some space out wide. It also gives us enough players at the top end of the pitch to bring back the press
There’s been plenty of highs and lows over the years and I remember travelling far and wide to support the team even at a time when they were bottom of the entire football league. But looking back it’s the good times that I remember most and feel we’ve been lucky to experience far more than fans of many other clubs. Some fans don’t always agree with what is going off at the club but although players and staff may come and go it’s our club. So, at times like this we need to stick together and aim to become that twelfth man. C.O.Y.R.
