I very much doubt he'll be sacked before the final whistle next week. Make the play offs and he keeps his job for a minimum of two more games.

I'm not sure he'll still be here next season though.

Because he bloody well should have gone, do the board really think playing his insipid brand of football will improve the value of any Barnsley FC players. It might have improved the value of the.opposition players that we've played in the last couple of months because we've made some of them look good enough for Real and Barca but if I were a manger I wouldn't sign some of our squad if Barnsley offered to pay me to sign them. He's been found out and they'll end up sacking him they might as well do it now to give us a fighting chance.

How do I know why. Am I Neerav or JAQ?
As for why ask, because he should be gone after another inept performance of his side playing out his tactics. So if the board did want a glimmer of hope of us getting to the play offs then it's a valid question to ask why they have not acted.

As it stands we probably look like finishing 8th in the worst league 1 for many a year.

If we don't make the play offs, after recently challenging for the top two, he'll be gone as quick as Morais was after that defeat in Derby

 

There are lots of things wrong but I would point out we have scored 16 more goals than Lincoln and 18 more than Blackpool. Duffs team last year? This season we have scored 1 more goal with a game to go. Ditto Stendls promotion team. Its hardly been "insiped" at the top end of the pitch has it?

 

No but it's been bleeding awful at the other end but then again that's what happens when you swap a championship defence for lads form ponte cols and the back and beyond in Europe plus a kid who couldn't get in a shocking Rovrum defence and that's on the board before any fcuker starts with Collins........sithi.

The signings are hardly Collins fault are they? Given we had a shocking defence all season he's done pretty well.

 

He's just 4 games away from being God and people wanting to get him tied down to a longer contract

I don't get the hate. It's been a weird season for me, never felt like a promotion one (even less so tonight) but let's face it, I know its been done to death on here, but losing 2 good keepers, 3 of the back 5 and Connell being a shadow of himself I think we have done OK. No more than that but OK. We all base opinions of other teams on what we see for 1-2 games a season. Yes Lincoln looked like world beaters and attacking geniuses but they have only scored 65 goals (16 in 1 week so just over 1 goal a game outside that bonkers 3 matches). We are higher than I thought we would be, although clearly been crap for 12 games recently. Its not this week that will cost us but the Cambridge and Cheltenham home games. I wouldn't bet on us making it but I'll tell you what- the other 3 teams would rather be in our shoes with our fixture to come. Carpe Diem and hope this is a happier place at 14:30 next Saturday.
