Its absolutely laughable if people genuinely expected something different after such a short amount of time, especially at such an important time.
If they got jurgen klopp in for the play offs we won,t win them so whoever they appoint ain’t going to make any difference, piss poor
We were much more direct, attacking and urgent. The defence (particularly Williams) looked better. The passing and delivery were woeful. It wasn't the same as under Collins. If that last free kick at the end of injury time hadn't had played out when Northampton hadn't really threatened in an hour, we'd be looking at a poor quality, scrappy win which was acceptable given the circumstances and a clean sheet.
It’s all about inspiration now. We need a charismatic and inspiration leader just to get a new voice around the players. I would consider getting someone in on a bonus just to try and rally the lads and give them some confidence, even if said manager doesn’t want to manage us next season.
I'm not sure that Devaney has a device for dropped bo*llocks that he can work wonders with in five days
Nah, just pointing out it wasn't the same. And pretty tired of entitled fans expecting Devaney to be some kind of miracle worker in five days
It’s evident that we have little to no confidence at all at moment, devaney has more time to work with us so let’s see
If Devaney wasn’t trying to cheerlead the west stand every ten minutes, I wouldn’t have noticed anything different. Which begs the question, why make the change at this stage of the season? To get tickets sold for today, playoffs and season tickets would be my guess.
