    Classy of the Northampton fans to applaude. I'm sure in the past the pictures and names have been shown on the scoreboard during it.

    They have been - mum passed away after 1st home game and her name was read out today - nice to have seen it on the screen but it was in the programme to be fair

    Yes it was very classy of the Northampton fans to applaud for the entire reading. Lovely touch from them.

    The scoreboard doesn't work well enough to show images other than the club badges and clock anymore sadly. It's too unreliable for the club to risk putting anything else on it and breaking it so they play it safe by only using the clock. There's also a large section that is completely broken and the clock and score are carefully positioned to avoid using that section of the board.

    I rarely get overly emotional but "Oakwell was, and forever will be, their spiritual home" got me a bit because it is isn't it. It's where we, as fans, live.
