    Local Elections and Mayor Votes are to be counted on the Friday, the day after the actual voting day.
    Approx Timings are as follows..
    9am Mayor Election Count
    1pm Local Election Count

    I doubt the main arena will be completely clear to allow fans in.

    Could someone send the Bolton folk this?
