What can I do to resolve this? Are you using a VPN ? , Mine was doing the same with loads of captchas & the same message as you , turned VPN off & it let me straight in !
Question, If you chose print at home or digital delivery option does it automatically go onto your digital season ticket , I’ve had no email or confirmation from the club but moneys gone out my account
I got no email originally so I rebooted the ticketing website and signed into my account. There I saw a RESEND EMAIL button. Pressed it and confirmation then landed in email inbox.
Is it run by Ticketmaster? If so, I have had the same message recently when trying to buy gig tickets on the Ticketmaster site. I had it open in a few places, so ended up closing all tabs and used another browser instead and seemed to sort itself out It's to try and stop bots etc but ends up blocking genuine buyers from time to time
