    Am only surprised there's been any negative comments. I've never found em to be owt but helpful and pleasant. let's face it times like this week they must deserve a medal...shout out to Beth who epitomised how to deal with the Reds family..

    They were brilliant with me I was in hospital with a foot injury and had easy stand upper tickets for the Northampton match they swapped me to the lower tier and step free access without a problem
