”If you’re watching on the telly your a c u next Tuesday Get your tickets and support the players for god sake
Aye that’s a great idea. Let’s alienate the fan base some more and create a divide. **** me sideways…..
I mean we don’t need to be further dividing the fan base but I have to say that would be quite funny, especially if the commentators had to apologise for the language or summat!!!
Thanks for that - having been to all 46 league games I won't be attending tomorrow night and will maybe be watching bits on telly as the change from Saturday to Friday night left it too short notice for me to arrange an affordable carer to cover for me looking after my bed-ridden, near terminally ill mother. But, yep, I'm clearly a lovely person. Fcukin' hilarious.
C’mon mate, play the game. It’s clearly a bit of joke and not aimed at someone in your circumstances. I’m really sorry to hear your mum isn’t doing so well. Hope a win tomorrow night can give you a boost, appreciating of course how trivial it is compared to family.
I'm going to be singing Pancho & Lefty by Townes Van Zandt, as I have planned to sing & play it at an open mic night. Not the must uplifting tune TBH, but any noise in the ESL is a start most matches. Could either then go into "Death is not the End", or "A Beautiful Day" later...
If I get spotted by the cameras in the ground with my tele, would I still be a c... if I was watching myself on the tele in the ground watching tele?
One of my favourite commentary moments of the season was when the commentator thought ‘Antony’s the greatest’ was been sang when Newport played Man Utd when in fact they were chanting ‘Antony’s a rapist’
I must be a lovely person t then seen as though I can't make the 400 mile round trip for a Friday night match
The Eyup & Down posts are funny as owt and that’s where it’s from( the OP), I know the guys very well and they know I’m not going so happy to be a C N U T ! The other one about being a Tory, drinking shandy and watching Love Island is offensive though.
