I mean we don’t need to be further dividing the fan base but I have to say that would be quite funny, especially if the commentators had to apologise for the language or summat!!!

 

Thanks for that - having been to all 46 league games I won't be attending tomorrow night and will maybe be watching bits on telly as the change from Saturday to Friday night left it too short notice for me to arrange an affordable carer to cover for me looking after my bed-ridden, near terminally ill mother. But, yep, I'm clearly a lovely person.

I'm going to be singing Pancho & Lefty by Townes Van Zandt, as I have planned to sing & play it at an open mic night. Not the must uplifting tune TBH, but any noise in the ESL is a start most matches. Could either then go into "Death is not the End", or "A Beautiful Day" later...

One of my favourite commentary moments of the season was when the commentator thought ‘Antony’s the greatest’ was been sang when Newport played Man Utd when in fact they were chanting ‘Antony’s a rapist’

 

I must be a lovely person t then seen as though I can't make the 400 mile round trip for a Friday night match
