3 at the back is supposed to give license to the wide players to play like wingers. I don’t know enough to understand why this hasn’t been the case for most of this season .
At their best both O Keefe and Cadden are capable of beating a man and getting a cross in but it all too rarely happens.

 

also if you're playing 3 cbs you need one of them to be good with the ball to bring it out into the midfield

I wouldn't bother bringing anyone in now, ties absolutely dead now, we're conceding 2.3 goals every week. don't rush and get the right guy to take us forward, need a people guy to build a dressing room, this dressing room went long time ago

 

He needs to be let go. The new man should have his own people and nobody from our current stale set up.
