Do you think the outcome would have been any better with clueless Collins still in charge

If you think Collins was sacked because the fans had turned then you are daft. It’s very obvious something had gone off behind the scenes.

He should have seen the season out. A bizarre decision imo.

    Based on what?

I think it was purely down to season ticket sales

    Yes.

Played them twice this year, drew twice. Should have won.

    Miles better than tonight's shambles.

    Next question.

I still think he walked, because if the abuse. could be wrong, time will tell.

We’ll never know, but surely you don’t think there’s been any kind of improvement or reaction since sacking him?

For me it looks every bit like an act of desperation, without any kind of plan. Just give it Devaney and hope for a miracle.

There was a plan to give it to that Austrian Hammer bloke but they screwed that up sort of plan Baldrick would come up with

Spot on. Would have kept it tight passing along the back four. Maybe we could have bored Bolton back to their team coach and attacked with freedom away from home at the Reebok?

Instead we'll have to settle for a 3-1 home loss.

    What an improvement.

Because of results we would have still made the play offs regardless of what Collins did against Northampton. Would we have done better tonight? I reckon so.

Bolton have been fantastic all season and would've beaten us if we'd have had Collins or Devaney in charge.

I firmly believe if we'd kept Collins in charge we would've been playing Peterborough in semi finals due to us beating Northampton.

I also believe we'd have gone out in the semis and ended up getting rid of Collins anyway, so it would've been a different route but ultimately ended up at the same place.

You need to pop the Collins underpants in the bin and accept that he's gone .
Nice to see that your watching games with your eyes again though because we were a shambles tonight :D
