We go for a manager who knows what he’s doing and get him in early before all the best players are snapped up and he has a chance to assess the current squad to see what he has available. Then get him players that he actually wants to create his team and vision of how he wants it to play, not because some random spread sheet says they are great and then find out they all prefer the same bloody position or way and have to play on the other side of the pitch. After that get them on a reasonable contract and give home time to work them into a cohesive unit . Course I realise it’s BFC so probs a none starter but..l
What about hiring a defensive coach to work with all the defenders we've got, learn em the dark arts like Bolton, after all we've got a strikers coach in Jon Stead. IF we can get em working as a unit I think a few of them will come good. Add an annoying disruptive, pain in the ass ball winning midfielder and we could be heading in the right direction. As someone said in another thread, we're much too nice and easy to play against, we need to grow a pair of b0llix, a big pair.
