That’s a point I’ve tried to make. From what I remember they inherited a healthy cash position and benefited from a number of windfalls. And anyone that could be sold has been sold. I don’t recall much in the way of substantial fees paid, although the Oulare and Iseka calamity was clearly damaging.

 

Maybe read the accounts, it is pretty obvious even to somebody with minimal financial knowledge.

If you think you can run the club without any further finance beyond the current turnover maybe send you CV to the club. I’m pretty sure the board would welcome you saving them £5m pa of their own money.
