Williams and Cadden first in my book, which is disappointing really. Cadden was a beast last year, but he's turned into a shadow of that player. Williams is just god awful, a liability.

A lot of thinking needed over the summer

MDG for me, I think he’s woeful. Williams I assume will leave anyway but I pray we don’t offer him a new deal because he is the weakest link in this side.

For me we need to trim the squad down. We have a lot of players on the books, most of which I don't think are good enough and won't be good enough unfortunately.

    Players like:

    Cundy
    Marsh
    Shaw
    Dallas
    McCarthy
    Wolfe
    O'keefe
    Benson

I know some have had serious injury issues etc but not good enough imo

I'm glad we have Lopata, Pines and Shepherd to come back in. No major surgery. Get Grant signed up.

    I'd keep Marsh

Most of the players that have disappointed this season have previously performed at this level. Maybe it’s coaching, maybe it’s fitness, or maybe they’ve moves agreed and a bad attitude. Whoever is still here next year gets a clean slate under a new manager - hopefully they can come good again. If they’d rather be elsewhere I’d rather they get on with it.

I would keep Williams if we can.

Dread to think who the board will sign in his place. Careful what you wish for.

I’d add Lopata into that too.

Just play Williams in his natural position. Hopefully a fit Pines gives him the chance to play there.

I know he's a local lad and id love him to do well but he's had his chances both out on loan and for the first team and he's not good enough.

He's at a stage in his career where he needs to play every week and he's not at the level to be doing that here.

Even with cole and McAtee going. We still have Watters, Cosgrove, Jalo ahead of him in pecking order.

Mdg isn't strong enough or good enough to play center back. I'd be getting shut of watters aswell and another striker to partner Cosgrove

I did initially add him but removed him from the list as he's still very young and pre injury I was a fan. With some time and guidance he could come good so I'd stick with him for now personally.

You have just mentioned one weaker than Williams. There is also Okeefe and Cotter. But if we are keeping MDG he should be a defensive midfielder cos he is far too weak to be CH.

O'Keeffe looks a good player. 3 goals, 6 assists. Decent defender.

His delivery is decent and he chips in with assists but he's very similar to Cadden in many ways as he's not got the pace or physicality.

Defensively so poor in the games I've seen him.

He's better than most on the list I posted but there's also far better out there.

I mentioned earlier in the season .....I'd like to see him as CM...he does lack pace though.
