Been saying for ages and on here too that he must lead the line next season. Tonight he was immense, won more in the air and bossed their defence. I would be giving Jalo a try along side of him, little and large (there have been many great combinations) try it out in pre-season you never know
He's been great these two games but he doesn't half trip over his own feet sometimes! Love confident Cosgrove though!
All strikers need a run of games, which is something he hasn’t been given. We persevered with Cole despite a drop in form when Cosgrove could’ve been the difference all along. He’ll play an important part next season no doubt.
He’s a confidence player give him a run of games and it’s all about giving him some service. Got to be given a go next season from the off give him the chance to hit the ground running!
Not necessarily first choice for me but shows with the right quality of service he can be a decent asset for us

With you pal he’s been played yes but always second fiddle to Cole and once Cole decided or couldn’t be arsed we needed to make Cozzy main man we knew Cole was leaving so why not give hime a proper run and play to his strengths. This season yes he’s looked average but we haven’t been swinging balls in like grant has tonight or Phillips in first half he’s had nothing to go at … get some creative players around him and he can get 20 goals for me … not hard in this league he’s just a monster
I’ve been one of his biggest fans on here I think. Even when he’s crap (and he has had a few crap games this season), he’s still a handful for the opposition. Starting striker next season and get someone with pace running off him. Then get some crosses into the box for him to attack.
I like the idea of that next season, first of all get rid of Cole who clearly doesn't want to be here. Give Cosgrove and Jalo the chance as a regular front two. We can't expect too much from Marsh, and we probably won't have McAtee anymore either.
Cole did okay when he came on tonight played a part in the 3rd and made a half chance for Cosgrove. He's gone now though so I'd forget about him. Get shut of tap watter, another striker to partner Cosgrove and make jalo 3rd choice

Yes he’s played well in these games, I do however, think he was at fault for not closing down at their first goal. He was the nearest reds player to the scorer and Should’ve closed him down
