    As much as he is still my number one choice I don't see it happening.

    The longer it goes on too, the less likely it becomes imo. He is out of work so there is no need to have to figure out compensation etc. with another club.

    I just get the feeling we are waiting for the L2 playoffs to end to get an approach in for Williamson or one of the others there. Or another left field one like Thalhammer.

    Set of dafties putting cash on Micky Long Haul coming back. It's never going to happen. I expect Williamson or McCann to be approached and that we are being respectful by waiting until the fate of the clubs is known, rather than disrupting play off campaigns, which would be a rubbish thing to do.

    Heard on the grapevine that Duff has been offered the job.
    1) I'm not sure I believe it
    2) Very much doubt he'd accept it

    I didn’t think he’d go to Swansea yet he did. I don’t think he’ll come back so maybe he will? Can’t see it.

    I’d imagine Williamson is our top target right now.

    We don't know if we can afford to get rid of Stead. We might want to keep him at least until the new guy decides if he wants him or not. Williamson might have a small release fee in his contract we don't know the circumstances.
