    Phillips will be interesting clubs very good player gets alot of goals and assists for a midfielder and has done for 2 seasons took 6 months for penny to drop with collins and swap him for Styles. We should get a decent fee though as he signed a new deal last summer.

    TBF Mex so would I but they've had so many punts from us that with him been on a free n'all it wouldn't surprise me if he ended up there..

    Any top end Championship/Premier League recruitment team taking a punt on Cole cos he's cheap want their heads examining. You're not building your squad with a player like that, you're weakening it to save a few bob. That's the kind of thing we do and it leads you on the slippery slope to decline.

    The Play-Off performance by Cosgrove and Phillips got me thinking what might have been had Collins played them more during the season.

    Don't know.. clubs want goal scorers.. giving himthe service he'd do alright may not be an automatic starter be a decent bench man.. doesn't get many headers but good pace and can finish..

    Aye. Opinions at end of day. I don't think Cole is awful but I dont rate him above L1(ish) either. There may be someone out there who thinks he's the best striker we've ever had!! You never know do you?

    Well see every swallow and all that, I just can't see a club like boro coming in on the back of one game. But you never know Styles was a passenger half a season and got a loan move to Sunderland.
